We are shocked and truly devastated at Brianna’s death. Our thoughts are with her family and friends at this incredibly difficult time.

Brianna was the most determined and hilarious student, and she was never afraid to speak her mind. At school, we will miss her wit, her handbags, and all the things that made Brianna the truly unique individual that she was.

We are so glad that Brianna came to join us at Birchwood Community High School, she taught us all so much about character and staying true to yourself – things that we will all value in her memory. It was a privilege to have had her as part of our school family.

This is understandably a very difficult and distressing time for everyone and we are doing our utmost to support our pupils and wider school community.
