Speak Up! – Your Voice Matters at Birchwood!

At Birchwood, we believe that everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported.

If something is worrying you – no matter how big or small – we are here to listen.

Speak Up! is our new reporting programme, launched as part of Anti-Bullying Week, designed to make it easier than ever for students to share concerns.

You can report a concern in two ways:

1. Tell us online

Use the confidential Speak Up! Microsoft Form linked below.

It’s quick, safe, and goes directly to the pastoral and anti-bullying teams.

2. Speak to an Anti-Bullying Ambassador

Every lunchtime, our Ambassadors are available around school.
You can also fill in a Speak Up! postcard if you prefer to write down your concerns.

Why Speak Up?

  • To get help with something that’s worrying you

  • To report unkind behaviour or bullying

  • To share concerns about someone else

  • To help keep our school safe

Whatever you want to tell us, we’re here to support you.
Speak up — and be heard.
