Birchwood College Results 2023

We are extremely proud of our sixth form achievements for the Class of 2023. This year group should be commended on their resilience and commitment in recent years, with this summer being the first full set of external exams undertaken. Students from Birchwood continue to achieve outstanding results in a wide range of course and once again have progressed to a wide range of further study and employment. This year has seen a rise in the number of students going on to further study at universities all over the country. Liverpool and Manchester remain popular, but students are venturing as far away as London and Plymouth. Degree courses have been wide ranging, with Law and Psychology remaining popular, but we have seen an increase in Policing degrees, Banking and Adult Nursing.

Many students have been successful in securing full and part time employment, with retail, engineering and the health service being popular. We have worked very closely with our students, employers and higher education providers to ensure all our leavers had a clear plan of what to do next, when they left Birchwood College.
